Yoga for kids
Yoga is useful to get physical strength altogether with mind-spirit settlement. It is enjoyable to stretch and relax with the holding breath in and out. Yoga helps kid to concentrate thru unawareness meditation.
The basic martial art characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.This action facilitates the physical stregth. The kids benefit in increasing the agility and reflex. Moreover with higher self esteem.
Learning to grow some plants make kids focus and concentrate. To take care of the crop day by day making kids solid in emotion and be able to wait. Soothing the fresh air whnever the good air day, helps kid grow healthily.
Special activity the kids love most is to play with food. The cooking club gives oppotunity the kids can practice on their hand skill, initiate thought , focus, concentrate and artistry skill. At the end of the club, yummy gifts are given back to show their parents.
In the sunny day, we are out to play in the yard. Vitamin D from the sun helps bone stronger. Playing and learning in the field is what kids love. Friendship is there when they play together.
